Making Kimchi & Kakdugi (Spicy fermented cabbage and radish)

J’ai pris quelques photos pendant que j’ai fait du Kimchi (aux huitres) ! Kimchi n’existe pas à Grenoble, mais c’est pas grave, c’est mieux fait maison !

I took some shots while I was making Kimchi (with oysters)! Kimchi doesn’t exist in Grenoble, but it’s no biggie, it’s better homemade!

almost ready! after all the ingredients are mixed together, the last step is to add the cabbage.
