Just recently returning from a 9-day vacation in Southern Spain and missing the mountains, my partner and I decided to take a spontaneous drive around the beautiful Trièves area (in southern Isère) to witness the end of Fall and take in the magical landscape. Lucky for us, the weather was still warm enough for all of the farm animals to be outside (which were seen in almost every field we drove by!). We also made a quick stop in the town of Mens for lunch and a quiet walk (where we saw many cats….it is Caturday after all!). On the way back home, we stopped by a farm for a surprise “cuddle”…to be discovered within my photo collection below! 🙂

December 7, 2014 at 1:04 pmHi Brigitte. Aww haha yes that place is lovely! I did not have the time to stop by during this trip as we arrived a bit late in the afternoon (I walked past Café des Arts but did not have time to stop as we were heading out to see the farms before it got dark!) but I have indeed been there. If you have photos of the frescoes I can add it to this post. Indeed, it is a good idea to include it in a future post.
