Pour mettre mon blog à jour, je vais ajouter quelques posts depuis novembre 2011 jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Ce post et le suivant sont des 10 et 11 décembre à Lyon, où j’ai vu la Biennale et la Fête des Lumières.
In attempt to catch up this blog to the present date, I will be adding posts from November 2011 onwards. This post and the following are from December 10th and 11th in Lyon, where I saw the Biennale and the Fête des Lumières.
La commissaire, Victoria Noorthoorn, vient de Buenos Aires. La plupart des artistes étaient sud américains.
The curator, Victoria Noorthoorn, hails from Buenos Aires. Most of the artists were South American.

What was the Fete des Lumieres like this year? We went last year but it was a bad year son I should think this year was a good one?

January 21, 2012 at 9:23 pmYes, I like how they’re using these spaces in Lyon. La Sucrière in Sud Perrache, along the Saône river, was lovely.
La Fête des Lumières was great! I didn’t see everything because I went on Saturday night when it was crowded. Glad I saw it though, esp. since I live close by (and we have family there so no need for hotels). I caught some really amazing shows. Great vibe too. Adding the post for it now. 😉
